Director's / Principal's Message

Play School Education is very necessary for every child. Mother’s Lap Play School, a play school is founded in order to fulfill the needs of world class play group education provider. Within a span of few years, we have achieved a place in the Indian educational sector as one of the leading play schools in the country. We honestly adhere to the belief that early childhood should be a period for the child to indulge in the maximum number of recreational and pleasurable activities. However, in today's extremely competitive scenario these very precious years too need guidance in terms of letting the child develop a perception towards learning/reasoning and inculcate basic behavioral skills.

We provide a constructive and organized learning environment where the child is introduced to indispensable learning methods such as self-exploration and realization. There is a very basic ideology to this approach; we want to stimulate the young minds so that they become more receptive to the concept of education and soaking up knowledge, preparing them for the more conventional and extremely competitive mode of education that lies ahead.

About School

Mother’s Lap is a play school which is located in Dwarka, one of the primer localities of West Delhi. The school provides ever caring and conducive environment for exciting journey of learning. It also gives the opportunity to explore their potential to the fullest and adopts motivational approach by making kids enthusiastic and confident learners.

Infrastructure

The school has a well designed and maintained campus. The school building is well furnished and has all the basic facilities of the school. The class rooms are big, spacious and airy. These classrooms are beautifully decorated with various articles that are of interest of these tiny tots. These classrooms also boast of various audio visual aids and various Montessori equipments to teach the students in an effective and interesting way.

A mini temple is constructed in the school to make students more aware about the culture and customs of the society. To inculcate the reading habits in the little ones, a mini library with a rich collection of children books is facilitated in the campus.

Based on the various activities that are to be performed by the students, the school is divided into various activities areas. The school owns a dance room, music room, toy room, activity room and art room.

Day care facility is also offered by the school to its students. An activity area is there where kids can go for doing any creative activity. A ball pool and splash pool is also maintained for the tiny tots. Other activities include pool activity, CD watching, puppet shows etc.

Mid day meals are also provided to the students in the school. Fresh and hygienically prepared food is served to the students.  Transportation facility is also provided by the school for the students.
